Join Heidi for a two-day intermediate sewing retreat, hosted on Saturday, 14th and Sunday, 15th December 2025 from 10am - 4pm each day in the beautiful and unique surroundings of Old School House Living in Ballingarry, Co. Tipperary.

This lovingly restored former convent school has been transformed into a vibrant lifestyle destination. Opened in Summer 2022, Old School House Living offers everything from lamps and candlesticks to locally roasted award-winning Ponaire coffee and delicious homemade treats. The building itself holds deep local history—once a girls' primary school, it provides a truly special setting for learning something new.

What’s Included:

• Use of sewing machines, tools, and all necessary equipment

• A selection of fabric is provided for your sewing projects

• Lunch served each day is included in the price

• Expert guidance and hands-on learning with Heidi Higgins

• A relaxed, creative environment to enjoy and grow your skills

You will learn how to:

Over the two days, you will learn how to take your body measurement, cut out and sew your own dress/top.

Workshop Details
Join Heidi for a fun few hours to learn basic hand sewing skills. On the day you will learn how to sew a selection of basic stitches, sew on a button, hem trousers and create a gorgeous fashion accessory. The workshop will be hosted on Saturday, 6th December 2025 from 10am - 1pm in the beautiful and unique surroundings of Old School House Living in Ballingarry, Co. Tipperary.
