Yes. You will be notified by email from our customer service team when your order has been dispatched and provided with a tracking number for your order. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

As the recipient, you, the customer are responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of such duties and taxes is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Please note that we are unable to advise the amount this may be. The shipping company will inform you about the cost on arrival. This may delay your delivery time; it is your responsibility to pay the necessary charges to local authorities to release the goods. Please be aware that if you don’t choose to pay the import taxes we reserve the right to charge any additional costs which may be incurred and are payable to Heidi Higgins.
Returns & Exchanges
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Simply email us at email@example.com and we'll provide you with all the details as well as a return address.
After goods have been returned in the correct manner within 14 days, a refund will be issued to your means of payment. We aim to process your refund as quickly as possible, however during busy periods this can take up to 28 days. Your refund may take up to 3 days to see in your bank statement depending on your bank.
If you would like to cancel your online order within 2 hours of confirmation, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Unfortunately it is not possible to cancel the online order after this time. Orders must be shipped back to us within 14 days.
Note, cancellations will only be considered if the goods are returned to us in the manner that you received them, complete with the “do not remove” tag still attached to the product.
Cancellations will not include delivery charges unless in the unlikely case where you were sent the wrong product or the goods received were faulty then the delivery charge will be refunded.

Our focus at Heidi Higgins is quality and craftsmanship. If you feel like there is a defect with your garment, please email us with images of the fault at firstname.lastname@example.org. A member of our team will be in touch to discuss further options.
We do not provide a custom tailoring service but Heidi is constantly adding new styles to the website so please check back regularly. Sizes range from 8-18 across the collection.
