1. Bust: Measure under your arms and around the fullest part of your chest
2. Natural Waist: Measure around the smallest part of your waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose
3. Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips

If you have not received your products, feel free to contact us using our contact page.
You can return your product up to 14 days after receiving your order. Please make sure that the products are not worn, washed or damaged with the tag still attached. A full refund minus the shipping costs will be made on receipt of the returned goods. If you received free shipping, the cost of the shipping will be deducted retroactively from your refund.
There will be no exchange or refund on designs made to special requirements where the style has been altered to fit. This will be explained before any special order has been placed with Heidi.Ā
Please note each style is made to order. It may take up to 3 weeks before your order is ready to be shipped and you will receive an email to confirm once your order has been sent. If your order is urgent please let us know and we will do our best to help you where possible!
