How to order your new favourite dress!
I get asked lots of questions about how you can order a dress from me!
There are a few ways and I'll explain below:
First of all you can simply go on to my website and if you see a dress you love you can order directly online your size and colour. Once I receive a notification of your order I will start working on making the dress/top for you. This can take me a few days or a few weeks depending on how busy we are at that time. I suggest you allow 2-3 weeks but if you get a last minute invitation and you need your dress sooner please just let me know and if I can accommodate you I will do my very best!
The second option is you can visit and try on a selection of my dresses in Arnotts,Dublin. I am in the Irish design section on the first floor beside lingerie. Arnotts also sell my collection on their own website.
And finally the third option is to make contact with me and chat to me about what you are looking for. Perhaps you saw a dress on my website but it wasn't available in your size, you would prefer a longer sleeve, you are petite and would like the dress to be a shorter length, you love the style of a dress but would like it in a different colour or fabric. Honestly the list could go on but just to give you some examples of what I hear all the time.
As I make everything to order I speak to customers everyday on the phone to advise on fit, style, colours. I send out swatches of fabrics I have available to help choose the perfect option to suit the customer and the occasion. If you are between sizes I can make a size 11 (the 10 might be a snug fit but the size 12 would be too big). These are all the types of orders I work on every week.
If you order online and the dress doesn't suit you can send it back and get a refund or exchange for a different size (see my T&C's). For special orders where I alter a design as requested by the customer there are no exchanges or refunds. But I will discuss all of this in advance of a special order being placed.
